Operations Manager
Melanie has been the Operations Manager for CTX and the GEM Global Group since 2020. Reporting to COO Lee Baton, she has been an integral part of the executive team, managing and /or supporting many parts of the CTX Administrative and Banking structures. Melanie manages the sales reporting processes for new members, commissions and employee salaries as the Group Human Resources Manager.
A Key part of the growth of CTX, she also manages quality assurance and compliance standards, plus all operations reporting procedures for the directors. Melanie oversees and maintains daily business operations across all continents and interaction with Licensee CT Inda and Ambassadors , thus increasing growth and productivity.
With 25+ years experience in Operational Management, Melanie brings her specialist strategic planning skills, operational, banking and FX knowledge to the CTX Team.
